Unhas horas despois de que comezara o 8 de marzo unhas feministas quixeron mudar a cidade de Vigo.

<br />Primeiro encheron farolas, marquesinas e paredes da Praza da Industria con imaxes de mulleres traballando, realizando tarefas vitais, que as veces parecen resultar invisibeis para moitos.
<br />
<br />Despois dedidiron asaltar o monumento ao traballo que está nesta praza, que é un ferreiro masculino.
<br />
<br />Con tecido morado e unha faixa co lema "Mulheres em pe: Da-lhe umha martelada ao machismo", travestiron ao ferreiro para criticar esta construción simbólica e comezar deste xeito a xornada de (i)reflexión.
<br />
<br />Ao longo da noite houbo grupos de mulleres berrando nas paredes da cidade e pendurando faixas con lemas como "Pola independencia da loita feminista: Non nos manipulan".
<br />
<br />Ás 12 da mañá, e na Praza 8 de marzo, comezaba a chegar a xente convocada para a mobilización que saía desta praza e remataba diante dos xulgados, onde se ían entregar as autoinculpacións recollidas polo aborto.
<br />
<br />No video hai un pequeno resumo tanto da acción, como da manifestación, na que un numeroso grupo decidiu ocupar as rúas e manifestarse, máis alá das prohibicións e demais parvadas.

<br />Parabéns a todas as mulleres, e especialmente ás da Assembleia de Mulheres de vigo.

<br />Sempre rápida e atenta, a Igrexa (e a alcadesa valenciana Rita Barberá) adiantou a data da celebración de San Xosé, que ademáis de ser o capitalista Día do Pai tamén coincide co remate das Fallas- a nocturna e refulxente cremá- que este ano recae no mércores víspera do xoves santo, polo que obviamente non interesa mesturar ambas festas e moito menos a nivel económico. Ao tempo que os diversos poderes fácticos argallaban esta manobra, nós, ilusas, estabamos pensando en aproveitar o 8 de marzo para, entre outras cousas, solicitar o acceso ao aborto libre e gratuito e pedir melloras para a actual e paupérrima lei de prazos porque cando soubemos a data das eleccións ninguén imaxinaba o que ía a acontecer. Evidentemente este turbio asunto de acose e derribo ás clínicas que practican abortos orquestado pola dereita máis rancia xunto a súa aliada, a obsoleta Conferencia Episcopal, empurrou a que, trala efectiva axitación social provocada por diferentes colectivos feministas, os principais partidos políticos no goberno estatal se posicionaran abertamente e tiveran que mudar as súas axendas en tan só uns poucos días. Quizáis de aí proveña o medo a permitir as estipuladas e institucionalizadas, pero non por iso menos necesarias, celebracións do 8 de marzo nun momento no que as reivindicacións están máis politizadas que nunca, motivo polo cal poderían ser considerados actos partidistas nunha xornada de reflexión. Non obstante, por que non prohiben as misas cando é de tod*s sabido que fan apoloxía política de cara aos seus conservadores intereses? E mentres tanto Esperanza Aguirre ten organizada para este día unha marcha-carreira de mulleres para recaudar fondos destinados a "unha" ONG que defende o dereito á igualdade; habería que saber cal é...

<br />Ante este desolador panorama, no que vemos recortada a liberdade de expresión ao ser ilegalizadas as manifestacións e prohibidos os actos de conmemoración do día da muller traballadora en diferentes cidades do Estado, non podemos quedarnos sen facer nada. A perplexidade e a indignación son tales que lanzamos un chamamento á desobediencia, máis alá de manifestar simplesmente a nosa absoluta repulsa por esta actitude represora e patriarcal. Esta non é senón outra mostra dos mecanismos de marxinación que operan dende o poder hexemónico -estratexia na que as deputadas, coa súa complacencia (in)conscente, contribuiron a que as mulleres volvan a ser esquecidas- xa que isto probábelmente non sucedería co 1 de maio, día do traballador. E se as mulleres non contamos, ou só para dar as cifras das mortas por violencia machista, as migrantes sen papeis menos aínda xa que hai uns días unha muller colombiana foi detida en Pontevedra por acudir a denunciar malos tratos. Vaia, pois como está o patio como para andar desconvocando ás mulleres.

<br />Por todo isto, despois de entregar as autoinculpacións polo aborto nos Xulgados no acto organizado pola Marcha Mundial das Mulleres, promovemos unha convocatoria de concentración ante a Delegación do Goberno da Coruña para reivindicar o dereito a manifestarnos durante 8 de marzo; porque non nos van facer calar!

Mete-lhe um gol ao machismo

<br />A criaçom da equipa feminina de futebol, apesar de ser para desputar um jogo amigável pola falta de vontade institucional para caminhar para a oficialidade, era umha dívida pendente com as mulheres galegas jogadoras deste desporto, depois de dous anos de recuperaçom da
<br />selecçom masculina.
<br />
<br />Nesta estreia, por desgraça, as jogadoras do Galiza-Catalunya sairám ao campo num quase que seguro vazio Balaidos, pois som "convidadas de pedra" num encontro do "futebol galego que une", mas que tanto na publicidade como na difusom do evento os protagonistas som os de sempre: os onze jogadores masculinos do Galiza - Camarons.
<br />
<br />Nom entendemos como depois da demora na apariçom da selecçom feminina nom foi possível apostar por fazer numha data específica a estreia das selecçons femininas - já que também jogam a sub-18 e sub-16 contra Braga- e assim dar-lhes o merecido espaço a todas estas jogadoras.
<br />
<br />Nom comprendemos como este jogo é declarado de máximo risco e como se obriga às pessoas que queiram ir ao jogo feminino a permanecerem no interior do campo até o jogo masculino, já que som muitas horas num estádio para qualquer pessoa e impossibilita a participaçom na manifestaçom que tem convocada Siareiras Galegas para as 20.15 da tarde desde as Travessas.

<br />E por isso queriamos criticar e rejeitar este modelo
<br />de "gestos institucionais" que nom fomentam nem a participaçom activa da sociedade nem o reconhecimento e vissibilizaçom das mulheres. Queremos compromissos concretos e umha aposta decidida polo futebol feminino e de base.
<br />
<br />Á hora de mudar estereótipos o desporto tem ainda muito que fazer, fomentar o interesse e a participaçom das mulheres
<br />nos desportos de grupo é tambén tarefa pendente das Conselharias de Educaçom e de Cultura, as duas dirigidas por mulheres.
<br />
<br />Porque som os padrons e estereótipos culturais, muito mais que as diferenças biológicas, postas tantas vezes como escusa, as que marcam qual é o papel masculino e feminino normativo e diferenciado desde idades moi temperás nas escolas ou nas casas à hora de praticar um desporto. E também há muitas questons por mudar dentro do próprio
<br />mundo do futebol, desporto masculino por excelência e inserto no capitalismo selvagem, que reproduce um sistema de valores culturais excludentes e discriminatórios com as mulheres, além da concepçom actual do desporto como mercadoria e negócio.
<br />
<br />O 27 de Dezembro queremos fazer vissíveis estas contradiçons, e berrar que nós acreditamos na autonomia do feminismo. Nom podemos permitir que se utilize a "igualdade" de um jeito mediático e que o feminismo seja um instrumento institucional. E queremos sair às ruas para ocupar

<br />Esta sociedad se asienta en la jerarquía sexual que socializa a las mujeres en el miedo, el consentimiento, la obediencia, la adaptación-resignación y en la entrega total a l@s otr@s. La asunción de esta sumisión tiene unos efectos devastadores en la autoestima, que hace que nos culpabilicemos del malestar y la frustración que sentimos en nuestras vidas. Tanto si asumimos estos roles como si intentamos salir de ellos nos sentimos culpables, ahí está la trampa. Este sentimiento provoca actitudes de pasividad-victimismo y bloquea nuestra rabia, necesaria para el cambio. La obediencia a unos roles impuestos aboca al fracaso.
<br />
<br />Ante esa obediencia que anula nuestra autonomía, que nos aísla e impide defendernos, al tiempo que favorece el mantenimiento del orden social, proponemos la autodefensa feminista, que es:
<br />
<br />- La toma de conciencia de cómo el miedo y la sumisión se ha instaurado en nuestras vidas, y a partir de ahí poder recobrar la confianza, la autoestima psíquica y física, la seguridad que tenemos las mujeres, a nivel personal y colectivo, frente a un sistema que ignora y somete la vida a intereses patriarcales y capitalistas. Entendemos la autoestima física como la capacitación y la recuperación de nuestras herramientas corporales, mediante el entrenamiento (puntual o constante), para saber responder ante un ataque cuando éste suponga una amenaza a nuestra integridad física. Esta autoestima nos genera la confianza y la seguridad necesarias para estar tranquilas y poder posicionarnos y decidir con claridad cómo reaccionar ante una situación de la mejor manera, ya que no siempre es necesario el enfrentamiento corporal. Además nos proporciona bienestar psíquico para romper las barreras físicas impuestas.
<br />
<br />- Una actitud que nos prevenga, nos proteja y nos posibilite una respuesta frente a la violencia. Reconocer el miedo y situarlo, libera la rabia y nos prepara para pasar a la acción. Por eso, reivindicamos la rebeldía como mecanismo de protección y acción ante todo aquello que nos violente.
<br />
<br />- Apoyo mutuo. No podemos delegar ni confiar en que las instituciones (jueces, militares, policías, políticos...) resuelvan la violencia patriarcal pues son ellas las que la ejercen, la necesitan y legitiman. La autoridad moral y legal culpabiliza a la víctima (violación, acoso, maltrato...), criminaliza libertades (aborto...) e impide la libertad de nuestras propias vidas. Desde la conciencia personal y colectiva como mujeres en esta sociedad, queremos superar el individualismo y desarrollar el apoyo mutuo como forma de relacionarnos. Porque buscamos fórmulas que nos permitan una resistencia más eficaz, así como la organización creadora e intensa de nuestras realidades.

<br />- Feminista, distinguiéndola de autodefensa femenina que se limita a la defensa personal sin afrontar ni cuestionarse las causas de la violencia.

<br /> Ideas para cuando camines por la calle sola o en cualquier situación donde te sientas insegura
<br />
<br />Puedes tener encima un objeto de defensa como GAS PIMIENTA. Es un gas que rociado sobre los ojos provoca un enceguecimiento momentáneo. Se vende en bastantes sitios, viene enfrascado en un aerosol tan pequeño que puedes llevarlo en el bolsillo y tiene una traba de seguridad que al correrla de lugar te permite que el gas salga o no. Su uso es bastante efectivo pero puede ser peligroso si no tomamos las precauciones necesarias para su efectividad deseada. No lo utilices nunca en espacios cerrados, ni con el viento hacia ti, ya que el gas se expande 3 metros a la redonda y puede dañarte. Extiende lo más que puedas el brazo para rociarlo sobre los ojos del agresor y aléjate del lugar. Si tienes que mantenerte en el sitio, utiliza un pañuelo que tape tu nariz y tu boca para no inhalarlo. No lo muestres, sácalo justo en el momento en que estés segura de que lo vas a utilizar, ya que el agresor puede utilizarlo en tu contra. Si vas a recomendárselo a otra persona no olvides nunca pasar esta información.
<br />
<br />Con UN PALO o UNA BOTELLA VACÍA en la mano, los automovilistas y peatones molestos temen por su seguridad y la de su auto, ya que pueden suponerte ebria.
<br />
<br />TRANSPORTARSE EN BICICLETA. La bici es una herramienta que brinda autonomía y salud para todas ya que no envenena el aire y te deja en la puerta de tu casa. Además existe una enorme diferencia entre atravesar un lugar de noche en bicicleta y caminando, la velocidad con la que puedes andar por lugares indeseados pedaleando no es la misma que a pie.
<br />
<br />LAS LLAVES. Si tienes que golpear, sostén las llaves con el puño cerrado y coloca una de ellas entre el dedo mayor y anular de modo que quede una en punta hacia afuera.
<br />
<br />GRITAR. Que no te avergüence ridiculizar al agresor exponiéndolo públicamente y dejando claro que te está molestando.
<br />
<br />GRITAR ¡FUEGO! Si pedimos auxilio el sentido común de la gente es bastante cruel con las mujeres y por lo general no acuden a ayudarnos. El fuego por lo general despierta mayor curiosidad en las personas y temor de que se les queme algo propio, haciéndolas acudir rápidamente.
<br />
<br /> Si te encuentras en una situación de abuso en un automóvil en marcha
<br />
<br />MANTÉN LA VENTANILLA UN POCO ABIERTA. Ante cualquier situación de violencia puedes abrir la guantera, sacar los papeles que allí se encuentren por la ventanilla y amenazar con tirarlos. Esta documentación también puede servirte para guardar los datos del agresor y presentar una denuncia. Otro lugar donde se guardan comúnmente estos papeles personales es detrás del espejo que está frente al asiento del/a acompañante, debajo del asiento del conductor/a, y en el guardapapeles de la puerta del conductor/a.
<br />
<br />Si haces auto-stop nunca salgas sin una navaja o un cuchillo bajo la manga, que para la policía puede ser tranquilamente parte de tu equipo de camping.
<br />
<br />INVÉNTATE UNA ENFERMEDAD CONTAGIOSA. Cuando te empiecen a babosear y a hablarte de sexo, puedes decir que desde que estás enferma lamentablemente no tienes relaciones, y seguramente los prejuicios, la ignorancia y la exclusión social hacia l@s enferm@s no le permitirán seguir hablando del tema, y les dará miedo tocarte.
<br />
<br /> Ante diferentes agresiones, diferentes reacciones
<br />
<br />Si conoces al agresor:
<br /> - Di NO.
<br /> - No te quedes quieta, inmóvil o en silencio mientras ocurre el abuso. Si no puedes hacer nada por miedo a un golpe o porque algo internamente te paraliza, por lo menos sé consciente de lo que te está pasando.
<br /> - No te calles. Intenta expresarle al/a abusador/a, aunque sea por medio del llanto, que lo que te está haciendo te hace mal.
<br />- Intenta buscar a alguien de tu confianza para hablar. Tú no eres culpable ni tienes ninguna responsabilidad. Lo que te ocurre no es provocado por ti, es el abusador el que debiera sentir culpa y vergüenza. Nadie merece ser abusad@.
<br /> - No existe ningún motivo que justifique al abusador.
<br /> - El silencio o intentar olvidar el abuso no son remedios. Al contrario, no sacarte el dolor, la bronca, la culpa o la vergüenza, sólo traen enfermedades.
<br /> - No pienses que esta vez va a ser la última, no des más oportunidades a la agresión. La violencia es un lenguaje que una vez que comienza no se termina, renuncia para siempre a comunicarte de esa forma.
<br />
<br />Si no conoces al agresor y estás en la vía pública:
<br /> - Gritar fuego (muchas veces pedir ayuda o auxilio no da resultado, en cambio el fuego despierta mayor temor y curiosidad en las personas cercanas por lo que se dijo más arriba).
<br />- Puedes tocar los timbres de las casas que estén a tu alcance, entrar en algún negocio o hacer de cuenta que conoces a cualquier persona que ande cerca acudiendo a ella con un saludo o estableciendo un diálogo.
<br /> - Si no te queda otra que golpear a quien te ataca, intenta que sea en lugares que duelan mucho, inmovilicen o desmayen. Estos lugares son:
<br />Los testículos (patada, rodillazo, puñetazo, apretón, etc.);
<br />Los ojos (piquete, clavar algo, etc.);
<br />La carótide o nuez del cuello (codazo, puñetazo, hundir con los dedos, etc.);
<br />Los oídos (pegar al mismo tiempo con ambos puños cerrados, morder, etc.);
<br />La nariz (puñetazo de abajo hacia arriba, morder, clavar o introducir algún objeto, etc.).
<br />
<br />Si te sientes abusada cualquier reacción es válida. Desde correr, gritar, golpear o hasta intoxicar a quien te está agrediendo. Elige la forma que te sea más útil y con la que te sientas más cómoda. Ten en cuenta que la violencia muchas veces llega a tales extremos que es tu vida o la de la otra persona lo que está en juego.

<br /> ¿Qué es el Wen-Do?

<br />Es un método de autodefensa para mujeres, desarrollado inicialmente en las décadas de 1960 y 1970 por Anne y Ned Paige, una pareja de Toronto, Canadá, que partiendo de sus conocimientos como practicantes de diversas artes marciales, e impactados por el ataque a una vecina que fue violada y asesinada en su propio hogar, decidieron organizar un programa que reuniese técnicas fáciles que las mujeres pudiesen usar de forma efectiva y sin necesidad de fuerza o acondicionamiento físico. Debe recalcarse que si bien su base y concepto deriva de las artes marciales, el Wen-Do no es considerado como tal por sus adherentes.
<br />
<br />El Wen-Do provee de un conjunto de destrezas físicas para defenderse de una posible agresión, enfocándose en escenarios en que las mujeres suelen ser las víctimas, como violaciones y ataques domésticos. El período de entrenamiento igualmente implica un proceso en el que las mujeres puedan entender las causas de la violencia machista en la sociedad contemporánea, compartir sus experiencias, fortalecer su auto-estima y descubrir la fuerza que existe dentro de ellas mismas

<br />Se trata de una práctica que ha ido convirtiéndose en referencia para el movimiento feminista en Canadá y en Europa, además de difundirse en otras partes del mundo. En Iberoamérica ya existen colectivos de referencia en Argentina, Brasil y España, que promueven talleres de adiestramiento sobre Wen-Do y discusiones sobre su papel en la cuestión de la violencia contra la mujer. <br />As campanhas de propaganda, a necessária e ainda insuficiente assistência às vítimas e outras medidas parciais nom conseguem erradicar um problema que nasce da natureza mesma do sistema social patriarco-capitalista, de umha economia de mercado que mercantiliza de maneira específica as mulheres como objectos propriedade dos maridos, de um sistema de valores que fai da família o primeiro núcleo hierárquico em que se reproduzem o autoritarismo e as desigualdades sociais.
<br />
<br />Os meios de comunicaçom, a publicidade, o mercado laboral, os valores educativos fomentados no universo cultural deste sistema som o melhor caldo de cultivo para a reproduçom dessa violência estrutural que sofrem, sobretodo, os sectores mais desprotegidos e historicamente submetidos, e entre eles as mulheres de maneira específica.
<br />
<br />Por isso, após cada morte, sobram as palavras e condenas grandiloqüentes e faltam medidas estruturais claras para que desapareça a cobertura social aos agressores.
<br />
<br />Para além do mais, nom podemos deixar de fazer umha reflexom sobre as condiçons de detençom que irá ter o assassino da última mulher morta em Cambados. Será submetido o terrorista machista a 72 horas de incomunicaçom? Negará-se-lhe a assistência jurídica durante todo esse tempo? Será enviado à Audiência Nacional, em Madrid? Sofrerá, quando for condenado, os rigores da dispersom penitenciária?
<br />
<br />Certamente, nom. Os políticos e legisladores do Estado espanhol nom consideram que o assassinato de seis mulheres por parte dos seus companheiros e os maus tratos sofridos por muitas mais na Galiza durante este ano sejam motivos suficientes para um tratamento penal e penitenciário que, provavelmente, nengum detido ou detida mereça, mas que sim sofrem de maneira específica @s detid@s por motivaçons políticas.

<br />Preguntámonos se ser usuarias de software libre debería ter unha continuidade no terreo afectivo, xa que logo se ten por suposta no terreo da política e da acción social. Desta maneira, ¿resultaría moi radical identificalo co amor libre? ¿Como reconfigurar o xeito de entender as relacións?

<br />Cuestionamos que haxa comunidades de linux que non teñan en conta as marcacións de xénero e que continúen reproducindo os mesmos mecanismos de diferenciación sexista de xeito completamente inconscente, mais non por iso menos nocivo. Por iso entendemos que estes espazos de debate resultan imprescindíbeis para poder establecer e propoñer estratexias de actuación, sempre continxentes e intentando evitar calquera binarismo reductor.
